No. It runs in any modern browser on computers, Android phones, iPhones and tablets. It can also be installed to the home screen / desktop as a web app (PWA). Store-published native Android and Windows apps are planned and not yet available.
No. Attendance works manually on mobile or computer. NFC cards and an NFC-enabled Android phone are optional for tap attendance; fixed RFID or biometric readers are checked for compatibility per model during the demo. Hardware is purchased separately.
Yes. Every login is role-based. Parents see only children linked to their account, students see only their own records, and one institute can never see another institute’s data.
Your institute owns its data. We process it only to provide the service. You can export student, fee and attendance data to Excel/CSV at any time, and on termination a full export is provided on request as described in the Data Backup & Export Policy.
Yes. Students and staff can be imported from Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. Existing records are matched by admission / employee number and updated instead of duplicated.
Yes. Database backups can be taken and restored from the Super Admin panel; hosted plans follow the schedule and retention in the Data Backup Policy.
A one-time software licence for the listed modules with the first 12 months of support and updates. Hosting, domain and server renewals, yearly maintenance (AMC) after the first year, SMS/WhatsApp/payment-gateway charges, hardware and custom development are not included.
Prices are shown excluding GST. The GST amount and the final payable amount are shown clearly before payment, and a GST invoice is generated after a verified payment.
Online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) on the Buy page, or by bank transfer against a quotation. Your plan is activated only after the payment is verified on our server.
Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled to stop renewal. Refund eligibility and timelines are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
