Billing cycles
- Monthly: billed every month in advance.
- Yearly: billed for 12 months in advance.
- Lifetime licence: one-time licence fee with the first 12 months of support and updates; optional paid AMC thereafter. Hosting, domain and server renewals are not included.
Renewal
Renewal reminders are shown in the app and sent to the registered contact before expiry. Renewing early adds the new period to the current end date. Renew from Settings → Subscription & Billing or against a quotation.
Expiry
If a plan is not renewed, access is paused after the expiry date. Data is not deleted on expiry; it is retained for at least 90 days so you can renew or export it (see Backup & Export).
Upgrades and limits
You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. If student or user limits are exceeded, we will contact you to move to a suitable plan; data is never deleted because of limits.
Price changes
New prices apply only from your next renewal and are shown before payment.
