1. The Service
MY SMART CAMPUS SOLUTION provides a cloud school/college ERP on a subscription (monthly, yearly) or licence (lifetime) basis. The modules, limits and inclusions of each plan are those shown on the Pricing page or in a signed quotation at the time of purchase.
2. Accounts
The institute is responsible for the accuracy of data it enters, for the people it gives logins to, and for keeping passwords confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Ownership
Your data: the institute owns all data it enters. Our software: the software, design and documentation remain our property; a subscription or lifetime licence is a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the licensed institute(s). A lifetime licence is a licence to use, not a transfer of source code, unless agreed in writing.
4. Fees and taxes
Prices are in INR and exclude GST unless stated. GST is added at the applicable rate and shown before payment. Plans are activated only after the payment is verified by our server or confirmed by bank transfer.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access another institute’s data, upload unlawful content, or overload the system.
6. Third-party services
SMS, WhatsApp, email, payment gateway, domain and hardware are provided by third parties under their own terms and charges.
7. Availability and support
Governed by the Service Level Agreement and Support Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for non-payment after the expiry date or for misuse, after notice where practical. On termination, data export is handled as per the Data Backup & Export Policy.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
